DWA Advisory Sdn Bhd is a boutique advisory firm, licensed by the SC (Licence No. CMSL/A0315/2013) to carry out the regulated activity of advising on corporate finance pursuant to Section 58 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. Our corporate finance advisory services include M&A, independent advice, LEAP Market listing and IPO advisory services, equity/debt raising, corporate/debt restructuring and business matchmaking.
Since our inception in January 2013, we take pride of successful completion of numerous transactions locally and internationally which we achieve through hardworks, patience, commitment to excel, delivery of personalised services as well as creativity and innovativeness.
At DWA Advisory, the team's strengths are backed by years of experience of Principals in various facets of investment banking locally and internationally. Our team is complemented by young and energetic professionals with passion for corporate finance. We work with our partners which include commercial and investment banks, asset management companies, private equity firms and other financial institutions.
