Senior Principal, Director and Co-Founder, started his profession in the assurance and business advisory department with one of the Big 4 international public accountants firm and was exposed to numerous audit assignments. Mr Muhamad Sabberi then continued his career in the area of financial advisory services with several major investment banks. He garnered in-depth knowledge and experience in various aspects of corporate advisory assignments such as initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, rationalisation and privatisation exercises. After a successful 10 years involvement in the investment banking sector, he joined a subsidiary of a UK listed company involved in the oil and gas, petrochemical and engineering support services as the Finance Director. He subsequently joined NAZA group of companies, a local conglomerate, as the Head of Investment.

The key responsibilities of Muhamad Sabberi are to lead in the execution of equity deals which include initial public offering, merger and acquisition, and equity funds raising. Mr Muhammad Sabberi holds a bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Lancaster, UK and has received qualifications from the Association of CharteredCertified Accountants (ACCA).
